Intake runner port-n-polish?

Has anyone here done this? If so, where did you have yours done?

I was thinking about purchasing an used int.manifold, have the runners polished professionally, and then I'd refinish & polish the outside of it myself(mucho hours labor). This way, it'll minimize the down time of my wagon.
