Garage to work in... rented by hour?

I've heard of garages you can rent by the hour to do your own car work... for instance I've heard you can rent out a garage in a military base hourly if you know someone who can get you in. Are there any places like this in the Lehigh Valley where you can pay to use a garage and tools (like air compressor & impact wrench)? I hate working outside with no power tools!

I wouldn't mind knowing about this too in the KoP area. Working on a lowered truck on a slight decline FTL...

I am looking for something similar as well. A place to store and work on the Sentra would be ideal. I'm close to KOP (19026).

Currently I'm looking to install a set of Swift springs. It's a pretty easy job, but it would be even easier if I had an impact wrench and didn't have to work out in the rain, lol.

I know that something similar to this exists on Willow Grove Airbase! I don't know if they charge or not though.

Well, i work at the pep boys in lancaster and you can come in and work on your car for a half hour if you pay $25 for a suspension diagnostic.
