Quick Question...

i was ticketed for speeding today, no one to blame but myself for that one.

i was going a few miles an hour over, he caught me with some sort of speed device.

however, i noticed that when he wrote my birthdate on the ticket that he's two years off, i saw that you told someone else that only date and location errors have caused a ticket to be dismissed though...

any chance i'd get lucky if i argued the ticket due to that?

You can always try some judges will dismiss tickets that have not been properly filled out but most will amend the errors.
