I am sorry, but I cannot help but laugh at this article!

Hackers Assault Epilepsy Patients via Computer

Basically they wrote scripts that registered new forum names and had them post hundreds of animated gifs. They they wrote a javascript that went full screen and then continued to flash! They caused seizures and headaches in an unknown number of people! HAHAHA

haha , nah thats totally normal.
