my contract is up in 3 days and i have to stick with Verizon. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to get and whats your experience with the phone. i' trying to stay under like $150-$200

hah, I almost posted this exact thread about a week ago. I'm getting a new phone tomorrow, finally. I think i'm going to go with the Motorola Q9m... a really slim almost-smartphone that should work well holding music and video, but I wish it had wifi. The only Verizon phone that I like with wifi is the Samsung i760, but it's a little pricey for it's age.

I hate the Voyager and Venus, but the new enV is pretty cool, especially if you text a lot. The new XV6900 also looks awesome but is pricey.

I wish we could get some of the cool phones that other carriers can get, like the Nokia N95.

What do you have now? I have a cherry chocolate and I can go without charging it for almost 2 days.

I'd say go with the Voyager, I love mine, but it's already gotten negative feedback in here and you did say you wanted to stay under $200. I think the enV would be the next good choice.

go for the env i just got it easy to use good battery and not expensive plus full keyboard ftw

Get a VX6100! I have had mine for almost 6 years now and i don't have to charge it for 4+ days! Haha. If they have one, they will probably pay you to take it!

i think the voyager is a little to pricey for what it is. i do like the enV2 or whatever, the updated model and its only $100. anyone have one yet?

i have the xv6800. no complaints about it. it's nice to have wifi, especially nowadays with tons of wifi hotspots around.

Stop dont waste you time on the Q9m,the 6100 batt probably does last 4 days since it has no features lol.The envy 1 and 2 to me are completely different in size shape for and function.

Hahah. I know it has no features. But I got over features a while ago. Having a dependable phone is way better than having a 6mp camera to me. But I agree about the Envy2. My sister has one and its pretty nice really.

the reason I said i don't like the voyager is because it's touch screen isn't what I was hoping for and it's a little on the thick side.

I just got the Gleam phone...made by samsung i believe....was 150$, but after 100$ in discounts, only paid 50. Real nice phone...
