It looks to be a hatch that came from the factory without side moulding, but since it probably needed some body panels, now it seems it is missing the moulding.

The fog lights come that color from the factory, but I agree they would look better color-matched on this car just like the side skirts (which look good, as the 96 up side skirts always look good on these civics, and the same I have on mine.)

The slipstreams look good as well. Personally, I'd lower it more, but that can be a bitch if you drive in the city a lot.
