Yes, yes I am. Courses can be tough, and internships require a 3.5 GPA or higher.

My girlfriend was a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology at Kutztown, and WHAT A JOKE! That has to be the easiest material that I have ever seen.

I don't know what you plan on doing with your future, but unless you are very specific to that career (I'm talking cop, ... FBI/ATF) (which is hard to get in to begin with)_ parole officer, court clerk, those lines), it helps you out little to NOTHING.

It would be wise to pick a broader range major. It might be extremely easy, but it really does limit you. However, if that's what you want to do with your life (I'd LOVE to work FBI), it's well worth it.

I have a degree in CJ and Sociology as well. The reason your girlfriend's classes are easy is bc she's at a state school. No offense to the school, but I went to Bloomsburg for my first two years and the classes were a joke. I transferred to Widener University my junior year, and the classes were a lot harder and more intense. At BU, you only needed about 48 credits in your major, with the other 70 or so in electives. It was the opposite at WU and I lost 24 credits in the transfer. As for working for a Federal agency, CJ won't help you out all that much. Even for local police, you don't need a degree to get in, and it only helps you if you past the test, if at all. I pretty much wasted all that tuition money for nothing, bc it didn't really help me any. Find out what you want to do when you graduate, and see if you even need the CJ degree. If you want to work for the Feds, call them and ask what they want. I don't want to see you waste 4 years and a lot of money for nothing.

x2
Don't make the same mistake everyone else is making, do something different. Even if you wanted to work in the FBI or CIA you don't want a CJ degree, it won't do anything for you.
