Just got promoted, i'm now a Lead at my job. starting yesterday we have this 3-4 thing going. work 3 days, off 4. I got the end of the week, thursday - saturday 6am till 6pm.

that means i'm off for a few days, only really good thing is i can now attend some meets that may go around. since i get out at 6pm i can still hangout or on my days off i can go whenever.

its going to suck working 12hrs though. looooong day. at the end of 2 weeks i get 72hrs of work. and 8hrs of bonus if you don't call out. so thats 80hrs i'm getting paid...

i guess its ok.

I've been working 10-12 hours every day for 2 years. You'll get used to it.

i avg a 10 hour day. during the summer i put in more 13 hour shifts than i care to count

all this is a 5 day work week mon-fri right now is our slow time and i'm getting 50 hours, during summer when its busy i'm expecting a 55-60 hour work week.

yea i know, when saving for my road trip to florida last year, i worked 2 weeks of 12hrs to save money (yea 14 days). it killed me, BUT, since this is only 3 days, i should be good.

uggh, i'm going to see if i can get a part time job though, right now i'm so friggin bored. going to clean my room, work out... halo 3? uggh, i hate being home all day.

9-9 four days a week and 9-6 on Sat been doing it for four months now its.....not too bad...doesn't leave time for much tho.

I need a new job. Not much OT, pay is low for what I do, and I am bored out of my mind sitting in front of a computer all day.

Oberthur in Exton. 1/4 mile down from D'ambrosios in the Oakland Corp Center.

they just started it yesterday doing the 3-4 schedule. its the only company i heard that pays you 80 hr's for doing 72.

working 3 days, getting a little part time job, very good money. i'm trying to see if i can get a small job based on my career change. computer graphic for websites. that way i can work from home if i can. either way, it doesn't matter.

yes, from the ground up. we do all kind of cards which is why its such a big company. they just invested 6 million bucks in buying new equipment, and modifying the building to make more room for new press, new machines, etc.

so the company is going nowhere and i'm just happy with my raise lol.

i work 12 hour shift work...i only end up working 14 days a month

can be annoying for some things and security as been told to not get to personal with things. like if security doesn't like someone, they'll keep an eye on that person. unlike those that are also breaking the rules, since security likes them, there ok.

but we don't have that problem anymore, or atleast for about a year now.

it used to be so dumb. like Omar been in the restroom for 20mins... i'm like, wtf u think i was doing u idiot? shoving a card up my ass? stfu! i didn't get in trouble but the dude never once said a thing about me afterwards.
