Another Exhaust Question

Okay i drive a 2004 Dodge SRT-4. I was stopped the other day, While being stopped the cop also tried informing my exhaust is illegal. My exhaust is 100% stock from factory. He than argued with me the facts. Now if i was to be issued a ticket on this, Is their anything i can possibly do?

FYI My car comes stock without mufflers, just resonators. It also passes inspection.

NO hes right in NJ you must have a muffler on your car by law... The judge may drop it if you show that thats how the vehicle is stock but it would be the judges call.
