Well I heard that in NJ you can only plea down a ticket twice... is that true? Cause a cop just pulled me over for not using a turn signal and its 2 points!!!! Thats a bunch of BS. Maybe he should have been concerned about the guy i was going around who was doing 30 MPH on route 38.

If you plead to 39:97-2 its the same fine only no points. This can only be done once every five years.

u can only do it for that paticular one once every five years... or do you mean plea bargain once every five years???? I hope it the first one.

And what is 39:97-2...
