Can't go too much lower I bet! Gotta remember that his ass end is gonna drop under some hard acceleration, don't want the fenders crushed!

Yeah I realize it may not be everyones cup of tea on this site, but figured I'd show off one good example of this style car. I still have shocks & springs in the rear, and any lower and the 315's will rub. I plan on bringing the front down about half an inch more though next season!

Thanks for the compliments though!

nice work man it looks great. I kept trying to get my brother to do a slight drop to get better handling out of his 98 Z-28, but I never got anywhere with it.

315's ? what all do you have done?

Dropping my Z on springs was probably the best mod handling & appearance wise Ive done with the car. I started with a simple SLP set which was good but the rears started to sag after a year, then I got a deal on a pair of Hypercoils which they no longer make, then after my motor build I put a set of QA1 Coil overs with the road spring in the front so I have total control of the height. The car has a built motor that makes about 550+ at the flywheel, and the suspensions set up for road racing. Too bad I missed the entire season of Auto-x.

The rear tires are 315/30/18.

I actually have to have my rear fenders rolled very soon because it rubs in turns & when it squats under hard acceleration. I could drop it about .5" more before I can't get into my driveway which is already on a hill, but then I won't be able to turn the wheel much.
