Trust EBay Motors?

I'm still lookin around for a catback for my Honda, and I'm lookin to buy the GReddy Evo. Unfortunatly right now money is a major issue, and ive even debated on goin to lowcost exhaust for flowmasters, but that might be a last ditch effort, cuz I know I can save but I want it bad. Anyway, Im lookin on EBay for exhausts and such, and I see a GReddy exhaust for like 120 bucks. And it blows my mind, cuz if it's real it really is a steal, if not I'm screwed. Can I have some imput on whether to trust the less pricy stuff on ebay, or just go somewhere trusted.

why dont you go to a meineke or some exhaust shop and get yourself a catback made. Its a lot cheaper then a name brand exhaust if you dotn have the money, and you can just buy whatever kind of muffler style you want.

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

The only thing i've ever bought from Ebay was Eagles NFC Championship game tickets.

I bought my Jeep off eBay, love it! I do buy car parts off there also, but I try to stick to name brands.

What is the difference between buying like a GReddy, A'pexi or goin to like a Meineke or low cost exhaust? forgive my ignorance, but it is not all the same except for the muffler on the end?

Seems to me like there are two extremes on ebay:

1. Great product, user can't sell locally because s/he wants a bigger market and higher dollar amount

2. Terrible product, user can't sell locally because anybody that saw the item would never take it or he'd have to live with the possibility of selling this crappy product to a neighbor. S/he's looking for any out possible besides a trash can.
