HELP Anyone with machine shop skills

Here's my latest dilema

I received 1 of the 20 prototype headers that were released for my car. It took me 10 months to get this thing and I am unable to put it on my car do to it being sort of unfinished. The header has no finish on the outside and on the inside, it was never sanded / smoothed out at all. I could care less about the outside (powder coat) but what I need done is for someone to smooth out the inside of the header for me so the air will flow like it should. This is a shorty style header (4-1)... so the work should be pretty easy. Please refer to the link below to see exactly what mine looks like and what I want it to look like.

Thanks!!

I know a shop that will smooth out the insides for you. And is there any mention of cutting the flanges flat. I bet they are all out of whack.

doesn't seem like there is a problem with the flanges... but I would probably want them looked at by the shop to see what they would have to say. How much do you think it would cost and what kind of turnaround time are we looking at? I'd like to get this on my car asap.

All done today if you like....

Anytime you have welds on a plate like that the plate tends to get wavy. stick it on your table just to get an idea.

Details on where this shop is? Could I give it to you to take to the shop?
