Three Allentown Men in Custody for Beating of K.U. Student Updated 1 hr 34 min ago.
Berks County District Attorney Mark Baldwin says a Kutztown University student from Bucks County -- 19-year-old Kyle Quinn -- was badly beaten on Main Street in the borough early this morning and died at the hospital a short time later. Baldwin says his investigators took three Allentown men into custody. 21-year-old Kenneth Kline, his brother, 22-year-old Terry Kline, Jr., and 23-year-old Timothy Gearhart have all been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and conspiracy. All three are in Berks County Prison on $10-million bail. Baldwin says homicide charges won't be filed until an autopsy tomorrow determines exactly how Quinn died. Yea my friend told me his brother was in a bad last night and was standing right next to the guys who did it. I mean Ktown isn't really the type of place where I would expect that to happen.

Kyle was a grade below us and I think Dennis was one above us. They used to play soccer for VE I remember playing them.

My prayers go out to his family, this is ****ing terrible. Kutztown did a 180 since I went there from 2001 to 2005. I wanna know how the two main bars on Main St. let out at 2AM on THIRSTY THURSDAY of all days and NO-ONE was around to intervene???? WHAT THE ****? This doesn't make any sense to me....

I hope these people get life in prison
