either upload to photobucket and copy and pase the image code or use the post reply and attach a thumbnail to the thread using the "manage attachments" feature

Sorry just bustin your stones.. you need to host the image somewhere like photobucket or Imageshack. then copy the link where it is hosted and hit the image button or typ the code
