I didn't even know Nikon used focus screens
Search around online for one If not, get a D200

i would recommend taking the camera to an authorized repair center near you to have them look at it and see what they say. make sure it goes to an authorized repair center though, not just the local camera store.
info on nikon service in general is here: http://www.nikonusa.com/template.php...to=inc_service and a pdf file of all authorized repair centers is here: http://www.nikonusa.com/fileuploads/...epair_list.pdf if its just the focusing screen (the opaque screen that sits horizontally to the ground above the mirror) then it shouldnt be too expensive of a repair, but you should have them look things over to see if there are any other issues related to it. just whatever you do, dont try to fix it yourself. good luck!
