Turning Over (Starting Problems)

Situation:

Haven't used the car for 5 months (was garaged and barely ever used) and I just started using it again daily.

During the down time I changed a lot of things. Now I am currently using 5 amps. 2 For my subg and 3 for my 6 interior speakers. Now I do not blast this at all.

Questions:

Do you think this is the source of my car being drained even when I am not using it?.

Will a pair of Capacitors help?

It's just that even if I use the car the day before, the next morning it barely turns over.
