ive had 3 jobs so far it doesnt rly bother me but on those i was waking up at 7.40/7 but 6.40 is too ****ing early

Ill be up at 9, on the train at 9:40, then back to sleep until 1025 when the train arrives at grand central, onto the subway, at school by 1030, back to to sleep till 11:10 when class 1 starts.

best of all i have to take a test on my summer reading book "March" which i didnt read so im ****ed....unless anyone else read it and wants to help me some but ill find my way to cheat

Stop whining....i would do anything to be back in school. When i was in HS i didn't have **** for bills (cell phone, gas) at most. I barely ever had to work, the most i did in a week was like 3 days. I partied my ass off pretty much every weekend. Yea...high school life is much better than real life in most ways

work doesnt bother me i think its easier than skool....and most partys down here get shut down by cops so thats not much fun

word. I'm in my first year of college again (took 2 years off). Spent those two years working 60 hour weeks. Now, even with school I'm still stuck working 30-40 hour weeks at least, just so I can keep some amount of financial stability, and continue building up my car. Even with this, at my current salary rate, I'm not pulling anywhere near enough cash per month, so I'm looking for another job, or one to replace it with a higher per hour rate.

If I could go back to that place with no (read minimal responsibility) I would, but then again, it's nice to no longer be stuck in those confines as well

kids take highschool for granted, when I was in HS all I thought about is how much I would rather be working than going to school; WHAT THE **** WAS I THINKING? man, if I could go back 8 years I would CHERISH all 4 years of highschool ( well 5 lol )

waking up at 6:30, coming home about 3:30 and having dick-else to do but sit around on your ass all day with no worries sure as hell beats roatating shifts, budget cutbacks / layoffs, bills.. I would give anything to live at home again and go to school on my parents dime

High school is cake if you do the work. If getting up at 6:40 is the worst part of your day, then you're doing alright in life so far.

I suggest you get a job when you go to college. No doubt you will have odd class hours. Myself and most of the people on this site busted our asses through college. I can honestly say working 40+ hours a week (sometimes at multiple jobs), and going to class made more more responsible and taught me good time management. Plus when you graduate and all you have to do is show up to work on time in the morning and job your job to the best of your ability, it will be a cake walk compare to juggling 4 classes, 2 jobs, and all the stuff in between.

That said, Tuesdays and Thursdays are my lazy days. Class from 10:00AM-11:00AM (Which means I can sleep until 9:00, I don't but I can if I need to), then work until 6:00PM. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are about 12 hour days, but they are easy.

Well i'm a senior and I have to leave at 6:15 to take the bus (not a school bus, MTA, city bus.... nyc). Stop whining.
