Mosquito Eating fish

I know its random but anyone on the site have a pond with them in it? I could use a few for the pond here at my house. My dad hasnt ran the water from the upper to lower pond and the upper (small) pond was still and has massive mosquito larvae. I ran it but it didnt do much but move them to the big pong. Im looking for something that wont kill the fish but will get rid of the damn larvae. Im looking for these things ASAP

Put an oscar in there. As long as the fish in there are big enough

I'm pretty sure putting an oscar in there would qualify as a bad idea

Yes it would. Apparently the feeder/bait fish they sell eat mosquitos.

They are called Mosquito Fish and they eat HUNDREDS of larvae per day. A family friend has them in his pond. The store name might be Gambusia.

ALSO, Koi are very effective in eating larvae. I'm not sure how effective, but I do know that they reduce the mosquito larvae.

The water is stagnant at times, but you will NEVER find mosquitoes around here. Pretty damn cool!

I believe comets are also known to eat mosquito larvae.
