Looks like a wolf in sheeps clothing. Like the panels are just slapped on top of another car. I wonder whats underneath?

automakers use panels from current models on test vehicles to hide what their intentions are when it's early in the product life cycle. it's also cheaper to modify existing panels than manufacturing low volume prototypes.

didnt anyone else see the thread a few weeks back about the awkwardly shaped s2000? some ppl thought it was the next nsx under it, some ppl thouhgt it was the next s2000. same situation here.

imo every genre is full of cars and competition is high, but the 20k rwd sports cars are one giant hole in these sea of boring cars we deal with. nissan has their target and its the same as mazdas. build a rwd coupe for 20k, whichever dishes it out first will get the benefit!

a lot of companies are rushing to build some cheap ecnobox to rip off scion but mazda and nissan are pumping away at sports cars that the world can actually afford! God bless em for it!

edit, i found some pics of the Kabura. right now its a 2.0l miata engine retuned for 190hp up from mx5's 170. rwd 6 speed and 20k. the interior will no way look like that in production but the exterior , sans the headlights, doesnt seem too out of this world
