Another diet-pill thread, Zantrex-3

Last year I was on a blend of NO2/CE2 and they stuff worked well, kept me energized, increased my musclemass, etc etc. I weened off it and could not get back into the same routine. When I started last January, I was 180lbs, managed to get down to 157lbs and was very lean and defined. Since then I've gotten back up to 170lbs from lack of working out and bad eating habits.

In an effort to curb my diet, I've been taking Zantrex-3 and walking everyday and I must say the stuff really curbs my appetite. I eat mostly out of boredom when I'm home so this is really helping me. I'm on my 4th or 5th day now and now that I'm used to the caffeine my body functions just fine. The first couple days I was jittery/paranoid/nauseaus/constant urination, but it got better when I was used to it.

Does anyone else take the stuff? I've heard great results and terrible results with the product. Not advocating anyone to take it, but would like to hear some opinions on it if you are directly taking it and what kinda results you've had. I'm a firm believer that losing unnecessary weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. I'd appreciate all input

Never tried it. But I have to argue that 80% diet and 20% exercise. I love health food. I eat pretty well all the time. Only really drink water and iced tea. Occasionally drink soda. (maybe 3x a month). I hate working out. I would walk sometimes and worked out a little at home and saw NO results. Now I know that its different for everyone, but thats what I saw from it. Now, I still eat the same, but go to the gym and see a huge difference. Ive only been going for a few weeks but Im already feeling better.

To answer you original question. No I have not tried Zantrex. lol

I was on Hoodia for 2 months and i only lost like 5lbs, i mean i eat like crap but i only eat once a day. I really need something that works becasue i dont have time to workout everyday. So let me know of the progress of this zantrax

I wish they still sold them stacker 2s my friend lost about 170lbs with them in less than a year. Granted he cut like 25 years off his life but at least he'll die skinny

It's 60% diet and 40% excercise, however you can get to where you want to be even if you eat like a pig it'll just take longer.

if you eat more calories then you burn in a day, you will not lose weight. Bottom line.

it's not hard to lose weight, but it is hard to follow the proper ways to do it. you HAVE to eat healthy and drop any nasty, sweet foods or you will never succeed no matter what crack head weight loss pill you take. 60% excercise 40% diet? wtf bro lol. you eat healthy ~2200-3200 calories a day depending on your workout routine, and you WORK OUT. bottom line, no special tricks or magic. if you want me to elaborate a diet plan that is healthy, i can, or you can IM me if you want anything else answered.

I am a ACE certified personal trainer and nutritionist btw
