So I don't get to loose my license... today was a good day.

I'll give you the cliff notes edition, I don't feel like typing a lot:

-Blew a red in overbrook around 3am
-Couldn't find my title, plate was from another car, had a few :beer:
-Lied to the cop about drinking, he cuffed my ass and threw my in the wagon
-Brethalizer time (in the hospital), barely on the radar, taken back to my car.

Fast forward 2 weeks:

-Never was given the tickets at the night of the incident, so I had no way of paying the fine. Got a letter with "late charges"
-Paid with discover card, got letter day before fine is due "no longer accept discover"
-Paid with visa, only to find out later on that it was late and now the license is being suspended.
F THAT, go to court, bitch slap the judge.

Fast forward today:
-Told the judge the situation, he knocked off the fine for no title and wrong plate (both of which have been fixed in the meantime).
-Removed the points (3), all I needed to do was pay the red light fine.

Just waking up in the morning gotta thank God
I don't know but today seems kinda odd
No barking from the dogs, no smog
And momma cooked a breakfast with no hog
I got my grub on, but didn't pig out
Finally got a call from a girl wanna dig out
Hooked it up on later as I hit the do'
Thinking will i live, another twenty-fo'

Drove her to the pad and I'm coasting

I was glad everything had worked out

Today was like one of those fly dreams

No helicopter looking for a murder
Two in the morning got the fat burger
Even saw the lights of the Goodyear Blimp

Drunk as hell but no throwing up
Half way home and my pager still blowing up
Today I didn't even have to use my A.K.

You should be thanking god you didnt hit and kill anyone when you blew a red, while driving with a few beers, couldn't find your title, and had someone elses plates. You would be spending the rest of your life in jail.

Only thing you had going for you was the fact that you're over 21. (Which im assuming)

Well the area I was in was vacant, except for philies finest and me. But your right, that doesn't excuse the drinking part, and for that I am to blame, regardless of how much or how little I had. I barely ran the light, its not like it was red for a while, but blowing a red, is blowing a red, no matter which way you look at it.

The title it turns out was in a different section of my wallet, I feel like a dumbass right about now. The plate was from MY other car, one that I no longer have. It should not of been on the miata, but the whole plate issue is another story altogether (DMV lost my black dare plate )

I am over 21, by a good margin, and have a clean driving history, no points up until that incident, and none still as of today since the judge removed them.
