im not sure 550's is sufficient enough to boost that much...swap out your boost gauge with a buddys to rule that out..... and do a vacuum test on your WGA to see at what pressure it opens ...that simple....if your boosting 30 lbs , you would feel it! unless your running lean but then u pop your motor. If that doesnt work and you have alreay done a boost leak test then just disconnect the lines for the boost controller and run straight off the wastgate...

Try and taking the boost controller off and see what you boost at.
Edit: Ok, I just read the instructions for the controller and you turned it right. I would still take it off and test the wastegate like assault187 said.

ok i took off the line from the wastgate to the boost controler and ran it stright to the intake manifold and the car was boosting at 10LBS so i went and bought a new hallman pro and now car is all better again its spiking to about 23 and it is holding 21 with now problems so i just want to tank all of you guys for you help ...
