I ordered a spoiler from RRM like 4 months ago, it finnaly came today and looks like ****! clear coat is dripping in places and chipped in others, weave looks like **** and was half ass spliced in like 5 areas, looks warped, and they didn't even include mounting hardware

on a side note, the radiator cover looks freaking awesome

if it took them 4 months to get it to you, its no surprise it looks like ****...

demand a refund... but good luck gettin it

after like a month I called, they said there was a delay because of the CF shortage but it would be out shortly. then a couple weeks later i asked if it had shipped, they said they were backed up because they were building a car for sema.. another month past, i called and they said they just sent it to their CF guy and it would be out in a week. 2 weeks ago i called and said i wanted a refund, he said it was already shipped out and was special order so they couldn't refund it. i told him if i didn't see it within the week i was contacting the BBB.. it showed up today, post marked last week -__-

i'm calling american express and seeing if i can reverse the charge, it's probably to late though.

it's my fault, they were a partial sponser when i had my lancer so i loved them, then they sent me some ****ty headers that leaked like a 3 day old tampon and gave me tons of greif about getting a new set. after a while i got a tibron and purchased a front strut bar, it was ****ty quality and rubbed my firewall, he said my firewall must have been bent out ( yeah, right. ) but whatever. i should have just stayed the hell away from them after that.

what the company you got it from? they got a website? i would call and raise hell, make sure your talking to the highest person you can, then demand some kind of restitution... bring up the fact that they lied about the postmarking, and that its awful business...

you would be surprised wat a good phone call can get you

i am going to call up rob tomorow, he's a long time friend and will probably get this sorted out. he knows i am an asshole and will spread the word like wild fire if they don't handle this right, i know were 90% of his customers come from and would just love to share this story with them ( and his competitors )
