my fiance and i are coming home from getting some food on 541 in burlington. were driving along when a car is coming at us going the wrong way. im like o snap hold on, slow down put the hazzards on. the guy sees everyone slowing down and starts his 5 minute k turn. im like wow what a jackass, guess he just misjudged the turn coming out of the cvs.(small divider in the road about the size of a curb) im like wheew that was a close one. i let him go and im behind him following at a safe distance just to see if hes drunk or just dumb. well this guy starts swerving all over the place and slowing down to dead stops for no reason. he continues on driving on the wrong side of the roads. at this point im on the phone with 911 making a report of a drunk driver. i end up following him to a luk oil untill the cops arrive. this point he went inside and went into the bathroom. when the cops arrive i approach them at the door and let them know the situation. im like hes either wasted or just really old and lost. either way he shouldnt be driving right now. cop takes my info, thanks me, and i go back into the car and watch the action. i see them meet him at the door and are questioning him. the one cop sees me still sitting there and comes over to tell me he seems like hes lost and DWO(driving while old), i just start losing it.

he assures me there gonna watch him when he leaves and if hes not driving correctly theyll take it from there. i was in complete shock that he wasnt hammered. i honestly think elderely people need to retest when the turn a certain age.

lol after the age of 65 there should be a driver test every 6 months

Ive fallin asleep at a redlight lol ask o5accent he was in the car, we got up early to drop my car somewhere. I forget where, and we had been out LATE the night before.
