I have an 04 srt-4 with a mopar cold air intake and was wondering what exhaust would be best for my car. Im looking for a nice deep muscle type sound thats louder then the stock. If anyone knows whats good please respond and let me know.

Any exhaust that is made of 304 grade stainless steel, has an i-d of 3", and is as straight as possible.
Borla seems to be a nice choice for the SRT-4.

I heard about Corsa exhaust and it sounded pretty good. Have any of you heard anything about them?

I think a custom made exhaust is the best. Cheapest price, made to fit exactly and anyway you want it to look, and they sound bad ass

Maxx Fabrication side exit with no cat..

I had it on mine and LOVED IT.. With that and an intake only it would shoot big long flames out the side.. I had no stage work done..

GOD I MISS THAT LITTLE BAD ASS CAR SOMETIMES..

Definitely not Borla/Mopar. I agree with ray on the Greddy.

honestly, we built our own catless exhaust for my SRT. It was all 3" stainless with a 4" resonator inline. If you use the right sound supressor in line, you'll get a nice unrestrictive exhaust that will be very tame until you really pound on it.

It's also a cheaper way to go if you know a good muffler shop that will work with stainless.

to be honest with you I'm not quite sure. My only complaint is that most of the flow comes out of the one tip and basically the one tip is black while the other still looks polished. Anyways heres a review I did before.

that has allways been a problem with eds exauhst , both tiny and i actually had issues on the dyno at high horsepower levers with the dual exauhst. we both ended up going single exit. if you look at eds the exauhst comes out the back trough the axle and then shoots straight out the one tip then there is a pipe t'd from there straight to the other side. it actually creates a turbulance where if you put your hand on the tip that barely anything comes out you can feel it sucking in air.

look at the dc sports one which is a similar design to the greddy

you can see it splits in the middle and not the by the axle on the drivers side like the ed's and the b&b.

here is a sample of ed's

the Greddy, DC Sports, Modern Performance, and I believe MaxxFab is coming out with one as well, all have basically the same design as stock system. With the piping coming into the middle and then splitting off into two equal length pipes, thus creating the same amount of resistance on both sides. There are some people who say that a design like ED's flows better, but I have never seen any dyno proof to show it. Your actually the first person I've heard saying that they had some problems at a higher HP level, mostly because most people wouldn't notice it or honestly get to those type of HP numbers. I personally ended up going with ED's system after talking to Hector several times and from his reputation over on SRT Forums.
