Electrical Boost Gauge Prob

Prosport Elec Boost gauge, I hooked up everyhting like the directions said. I get power and color and the function sweep. but when i drive the needle does not move from the -30psi position. I am think bad sensor. i checked the wires and the tubing and everything looks fine. Could use advice and/ or help
