Gauge wiring help

Yea, I always double check myself b4 doing anything so let me run this by some people and see if you see any red flags.

instructions say word for word...

A/F gauge...

yellow = battery (+)
red = 12v+ ignition switch
black = engine ground (-)
greend = O2 signal

oil press

red = to ignition switch 12v(+)
black = battery (-)
green = oil press sensor
white = acc
orange = parking lamp

oil temp

red = to ignition switch 12v(+)
black = battery (-)
green = temp sensor
white = acc
orange = parking lamp

ok now here is what i wanna do... do you think this will work or do these things absolutely have to be connected to the battery and switched ignition for power?

all the below are located at the bcm (fuse panel under the dash) and i will use fuse taps to get into them. i have a tiburon and it doesnt come w/ heated seats or heated mirrors so these fuses are active, but, unused. kinda like the rear wiper... i dont have one... but.... it is powered.

A/F gauge...

yellow = battery (+) 10amp heated mirror this wire is supposed to be used to monitor volt as this a/f gauge has a built in volt meter too.
red = 12v+ ignition switch heated mirror
black = engine ground (-) ground to car body
greend = O2 signal

oil press

red = to ignition switch 12v(+) heated mirror
black = battery (-) ground to car body
green = oil press sensor
white = acc c/lighter fuse or heated mirror
orange = parking lamp Tail LH... 10amp... the Tail RH has the tail + the glove box light. I AM ASSUMING.. that this fuse can be used as a parking lamp type fuse.... anyone know otherwise?

oil temp

red = to ignition switch 12v(+) 20 amp seat heater
black = battery (-) ground to car body
green = temp sensor
white = acc c/lighter fuse or heated mirror
orange = parking lamp Tail LH... 10amp... the Tail RH has the tail + the glove box light. I AM ASSUMING.. that this fuse can be used as a parking lamp type fuse.... anyone know otherwise?

does this sound okay to do?

Telling us the manufacturer of the gauges would help.

Since I don't know your car exactly in wiring detail....

Your radio should contain:

12V constant
accessory
illumination (parking light isn't ideal, since you cannot adjust the brightness)

For the ignition, either the switch itself, or something that is only on when the ignition is on (not accessory).

If you do not have a factory service manual for your car... GET ONE!!!!

The headunit should have a switched source as well.

yea technically any accessory off of the bcm can be classified as switched.

ok so this is what i did..... after looking at various wiring diagrams the ignition (switched 12v) ignition actually went to fuse 21 10amp on the bcm of my tibby. so i used an add-a-circuit and shoved that into the IGN fuse spot and the extra circuit is for the 12v switched to the gauges. for the acc, i used the radio and hope to hell it doesnt draw more than 10amps.... i doubt the stock unit really draws more than 10amps.... and the gauges probably each draw less than 1amp a piece. for the parking lights... i am going to get another add-a-circuit and tap the LH-Tail like said above.

now.... for my wideband O2 sensor which requires a switched power source.. another add-a-circuit into the 10amp heated mirror circuit. i dont have heated mirrors.... so.... it is an open powered source. should work just fine.
