Here's my favorite, might have to know something about plumbing though...

A lawn supervisor was out on a sprinkler maintance job and he was working on a Finnley sprinkler head with a lagsome seven inch gangly wrench. Just then, a little apprentice leaned in and said "Hey you can't work on a finnley head with a langsome seven inch wrench." This inferrated the supervisor and he decided to look it up in volume 14 of the Kinsley manuel where it states "A a langsome seven in wrench can be used." Just then the little apprentice leans over and says "It says sprocket, not socket" ahahahah

What you should do if you have a problem with a thread, since apparently you werent sure, is report it. The red and white triangle with the vertical line inside of it to the left of every post allows any user to easily report any post to all appropriate mods, and is the quickest and most efficient way to take care of a problem.
On the other hand, attemtpting to insult the owner of the site is one of the slowest and least efficient ways to take care of a problem, especially when you are totally wrong.
