Just got careless in the last quater and a half. Although the giants got some monster breaks. That fumble into the endzone, the pass that dawkins caught but since the giant had a hand on it they gave the catch to him. The booth review after the giants ran another play. Im not blaming it on that, cause we shoulda blown them out, but still they woulda helped

Total team meltdown and zero chips falling on our side. Combine that with terrible 4th quarter Andy Reid play calls and they could have blown a 30 pt lead.

Hrm Giants had a lucky field goal drive....Giants had a lucky TD pass in OT. Giants were down by 10 in the 4th quarter and had lucky plays to tie the score....stop making excuses because the Eagles are choke artists.

The Giants coach did a great job extended the minute and a half in the 4th quarter so Manning could pull off the plays they did.

P.S. Tell me how the Eagles are not choke artists with Akers missing that FG kick. You realize IF he would have made that, it would have sealed the deal to an Eagles victory. On top of Reed (dumbass) passing on a 4th down instead of punting and Westbrook losing the ball.

How about its a game where teams aren't going to make every play, catch every ball, make every field goal or make every tackle. If losing a game is a "choke", then there are 18 chokes every week.

The Eagles got out coached and out played in the 4th, simple as that.
Hardly a choke.

BWAHAHA! Blowing a 10-point lead because receivers are too nervous to catch the ball, running backs are too nervous to hold onto the ball, your kicker (who was ranked in the top 5 even with an injury last year) cannot make a FG, and the coach is as solid as can be making horrific decisions...yea you're right that's not choking they just sucked last night.

I agree with you they obviously didn't choke blowing a (excuse me for being wrong) 17-point lead, they just sucked

yeah, i keep seeing this choke word thrown around. i have to agree, i wouldn't call it a choke. i always thought choking was something a team did in the last minute(s)... missing a field goal in the last seconds to win a game i would consider to be a choke. anyway, i thought they just let off waaaay too much in the second half and it led to them coming back. and on top of that, those stupid penalties towards the end really hurt the eagles. idk, i don't think the giants did anything more than what they were trying to do in the beginning, the eagles got comfortable and were just too relaxed and let them make plays. but, the birds lost. oh well. i'll give credit to the giants for taking advantage of their mistakes. blowing that lead like that is just ridiculous.

and btw sandy, a 49 yard FG attempt is not exactly a chip shot. sure he's good, but he's only made 67% of his FGs after 40 yards. but i guess when it comes to squeezing balls in between two upright posts, you'd know a thing or two about it.

Eagles lost, they gave up a good lead and I bet 99.99999% of Eagle's fan believed they won when they got into the 4th quarter. I would say a combination of bad mistakes and bad coaching is what caused the loss.
