This makes me sad.
You should get two of everything and give me one.

Looks good. I would want to keep the battery though.

God, now I see another reason why I refuse to work on engines other than my own anymore. SO MESSY!

*edit*
Oh hey! I think I have an FSTB that fits your car, if you want to try.

Not exactly sleeper! Looks good. What's teh deal with teh front bumper beam? Obviously not going back on, but there is nothing to replace it? Those mounting tabs look secure, but they're not gonna help you much in a front-end collision. Let us know!

Seems to be the trend with dsm's and fmic. I know a lot of guys running huge front mounts on the first gens don't run bumper supports, myself included. It is a 5mph bumper so it would probably help save the body a little bit at low speeds but anything over that the crumple zone still has to absorb the impact. There have been no real tests of this but people have gotten into accidents without them and haven't faired that much worse that people who retain them. I guess I figure if I get into an accident it is going to be at more than 5mph...

Evilution - I saw the car at atco last night, or at least I think that was your car. Looking good, the manifold looks nice.

I pulled the bumper support on my 328i, back when I was naive, so that I could perfectly fit an aftermarket bumper... Bad idea because a ~5-10mph rearend accident turned into $5k on damage, when there was no bumper bar there to support it.

I like my APS kit, because it includes another bumper support beam.
