-You start to use acroynms like JPAL (Just Pee'd A Little) when doing patients charts.

-When you go to meets and dont know a single persons real name.

When you get to work and think... I wonder if i missed anythign on TST since i went to sleep last then then proceed to spend the first hour looking through the threads and NOT doing your work
