My back yard looks horrible. There is approx. 4 cords of unsplit firewood, tons of crabgrass and clover, and I have no time to do anything about it. However, I have plans on my PoolDraw program for a large natural finish inground spa, a Koi pond looking somewhat close to MPower's, and a flagstone patio with a built in firepit and grill. Now if I can just start to produce time....

Mpower- Nice pond! What kind of filtration are you running.

I'm not too sure what type of filter it is, we had a big aboveground pool there before and I just used the filter from that.

The Japanese Maple is pretty nice, we also have a berry tree a little bit lower but I didn't want to take a pic of that because there are garbage cans next to it haha.

We have 3 houses in NJ and will be closing on one next month, and a decent amount of flats, apartments, and condos that we rent out. The houses in NJ we just have.

No, I am not royalty, just normal people like everyone else

Smart people have 3+ houses. Buy,renovate,rent/sell. Its simple. anyone can do it with a little motivation. Although I've never had a pond at a rental...tenants would probably eat the fish.

Houses in US aren't for rental, they are for us. Only the ones in Hong Kong are for rent/sale
