IzunaDrop247's GK5 Itasha Build

It's been a long time since I've been on here! Just got a new Honda Fit EX after wrecking my IS300.

Two weeks of owning and I already went and made it an itasha. It's not too big over here on the east coast.

Anybody else rocking itasha livery?

Anyways wanted to start my own thread and share some progress on my build.

So far, besides the graphics, I've only installed the door visors and swapped out the Fit emblem for Jazz emblem, and put the red H emblems on too.

I'm lowering it on TEIN springs tomorrow. Keeping it at nice good and practical ride height since I make food deliveries in this thing.

Gonna tint this thing when I get the waiver.

Ordered ENKEI RPF1 already and will get them powder coated teal.

But for now, here are some pics on stock wheels and ride height.

The character is Chitoge Kirisaki from the anime, Nisekoi.

Why the livery? Are you sponsored?

Sponsored? No. It comes from otaku culture, showing your love for the character/show. Plus the next season of this show is coming out in a few weeks. Hyping it up a bit.

Oh ok, the fact that it had a team name and brands on the side made me think that it was something else. I guess I just dont understand it.

The team thing is an inside thing from the fandom.

Lowered the Fit on TEIN springs today. Part#SKB74-AUB00
Dropped about 1.5". Exactly what I wanted. Staying functional.
The install was pretty easy. Took about an hour to do all 4.

Hey. Do you still have the Datsun? The Fit is nice. I have been borrowing my dad's 13' Fit Sport for the past year. Great car. I test drove the new Fit EX late last year and it was nice, but the touch screen radio controls were not for me. I just bought a Mazda 2. I'm also looking at RPF1's and lowering the car a bit.

You may want to test out a cool feature with the Fit. I assume the 2015 model has it. It's in my dad's 2013 Fit. When you have the front windshield wipers on, and you switch into reverse gear, the rear window wiper will turn on automatically.

Yes. I still have the Datsun. I will be working on the rear coilover install when it gets warm soon.
Here's a pic of the 2 together.

I had an 11 sport before my evo,you have no idea how many times that scared the **** out of me when my rear window was dry early in the morning and it made noise.
