Bumpstops?

89 celica, put lowering springs on with new kyb shocks, i think in the rear i put the bumpstops on upside down, and also i didnt cut them at all like some ppl do, i put the cone end up and the flat end down

will this have any bad effects and should i flip them and cut them also? advice welcome

they need to be cut. your compressing the shock with the lower spring and if you dont cut the bump stop, it will reduce your range of travel. when you hit a bump since the new suspension doesnt have full range of travel, it will feel like your "bottoming out"
