Hood Repaint

The clear coat on the hood of my old X5 has started peeling pretty bad with the last wash so I was looking for someone to repaint just the hood. She's become my daily beater and I can't see the thing being worth that much so I would like to just do a quick, cheap job that will last a little and look a little better.

It's Alpine White, so no fancy metallic or anything. Does anybody do paint on the side that would like to give it a respray?

PM or post up a rough idea for what you would charge to respray the hood. I can also trade for electrical work if you need anything done.

Steve

It's like this all over the hood, it's worse on the drivers side hood but the camera on my phone couldn't pick it up clearly

Ah. Too far for me and I hate painting light colors in my garage. I am actually thinking about getting some Alpine White to do my M3 hood and side skirts because they're silver.

Good luck.
