I just caught a good article from Forced Performance about different oils on performance cars here: http://store.forcedperformance.net/m...otor%20Oil.pdf

Brad Penn comes pretty highly recommended. I'm surprised to see it listed as "Partial Synthetic"... do you know what that means, and if it actually matters if you're using synthetic or not? Seems from the suggestions in that article, it might not matter so long as the additives are where they need to be.

Their oils are partially synthetic but I don't think it matters. Synthetic Oil just means it's man made where conventional oil comes from the earth. Brad Penn Oils utilize a blend of the two to get the best properties for high performance race engines. Often synthetic oils will allow you to go further between oil changes but most race engines do not go long enough between changes for this to come into play.
