get nigel to give you a mailtune, with those mods you don't need dyno time. his name on the forums is turbo666. if he doesn't get back to you let me know and ill get his ass in gear.

also realtune refers to nigel on most cars if im not mistaken. so does basically every srt performance shop, beside the shady ones.

I dont have software for them yet but i would be able to have you do a couple pulls on the dyno and send them the data file to tweak the mail tune. I am in fairless hills and will be in levittown in june. Call me if you are interested. 215-310-8851

My buddy Nico is in a similiar position, he just had his car tuned by Nigel, and it turned out aweful, the dude hasn't gotten back to him yet about it either. Ill tell him to get on here, he did a baseline tune by himself on his esp for now, maybe hes found someone else by now.

Well, i have been waiting for better software tuning options to come out for the dodge/hemi line but they wont be out anytime soon. Its 2500 for me to be able to custom tune diablosport but i have 3 300 srt8's lined up and two chargers so if you are interested in a full custom tune i could get the software and make your car run amazing. A custom dyno tune is the way to go. You cant fully calibrate a maf*curve or VE table without runing the car especially if you have custom intake and exhaust piping. Etunes have to be idiot proof so you cant get the full potential out of your setup.

An e-tune is literally the same exact thing as a dyno tune, just in real life conditions. Thus, it may be best to stop misleading people just to get business.

When you're on the dyno, you do a pull and log it. You then look at the log, and make changes based on that pull. Repeat until satisfied.

When you're e-tuning you do a pull on the street in conditions your car will actually see and log it. You then send the log to the tuner and he'll make changes based on that pull. Repeat until satisfied.

I don't know about yah'll, but if anything I'd rather have my car tuned on the street where it will be driven, rather than utilizing simulated loads to make up for this.

Well, first off i do street tune a little bit depending on the car and setup. Explain how you find mbt at any rpm when street tuning? How can you accuratly calibrate a maf curve if you dont know how the driver is driving the car? An etune can get you close and safe but not the full potential. On a dyno everything is safe and controlled and you can monitor so much more. Newer dynos simulate load a lot better than the old dynos so that is not an issue any more.

You are saying that you would scale a maf differently on 2 identical cars based on the owners driving style?

Also - srt4 arent maf cars.

No i am saying that you cant tell how a person is driving with a street datalog. You can make it close and safe maybe but it isnt getting the most out of the car or setup. This is why one of my customers that made 323whp beats a 400 hp etune evo all day long.

sounds more like the driver needs to learn how to drive
