I went with a stock gearset after an ordeal with a vendor (I am not going to say who), who in fact didnt get me the RA's that I spent 3 months waiting for from Japan. After I found out that he didnt get the gears, all the RA sets in the country were sold out. I am still having trouble getting my money back. My only option was a stock set. I am not complaining though. I broke my 3rd gear because of the way I was driving my car, and I have changed my driving habits for the better. The car feels like.... well.... like a stock gearset. No problems. Metric Subaru did the work and they are fantastic. It took a week from me dropping off the car to picking it up.

You will love the S16g. I am really happy with it. Dont slam your gearbox into 3rd with 800lbs extra wieght in the car and your gearbox will be fine.
