not worth that much cash. My friend purchased one for almost 10k less, and that was a V-spec, which I don't believe that one is. Hardly a good buy for almost 45k. The air of exclusivity is offset by the actual performance and overall cost of ownership. The hot ticket is getting Canadian R32 GT-R's into the US, or getting the US to honor a similar policy of grandfathering in cars of XX years age.
