Developing old disposable cameras?
What are the odds that they will come out half decent? I don't expect them to be perfect, I'd just like to see whats going on in the picture even if the color is slightly distorted. |

if you have any friends taking photo classes with access to a dark room, catch them before winter break or after, thats the free route.
otherwise, you could take them to like a walmart and have them developed, i think they charge you after the fact, around $10 depending on the amount on the roll. but if nothing come out, you won't have to pay since you'd get nothing in return (but don't quote me on that) i think if the cameras were stored in somewhat good conditions, like not left in a car over the summer in extreme heat or any type of water damage, you should still be able to get the photos off of them. let me know what you end up doing and how it works out, I've got 2 rolls i pulled of old disposables from early 2000's, but didn't want to get them developed at a walmart or something similar, due to the fact that they were from a middle school bday party and I'm sure there are some pictures that may make me seem like a pedo if i were to now bring them in to be developed |
