GREAT IDEA !!! Stick it to the banks & credit card companies. :) Funny video inside.

I'm going to start doing this.
Not a political statement.... I just hate predatory lenders.

Check out this video on YouTube:

Haha, I like this!

Unfortunately it will only be the employees in the mail room and processing department that receive the "punishment", not the CEO's.

I disagree. They'll obviously just throw them away after a while.
More money spent to ship it back.
More money to dispose of them. (paper shredder isn't an option now )
Post office gets paid more.

^^ You're right, I think the banks would just increase fees etc..
Kinda like how insurance companies increase rates when people do insurance fraud etc..

I use to not opt out of receiving paper statements just to stick it to the bank a little bit.
Because it used to be free, but then recently I found out that my monthly fees would be cheaper if I opted for online statements.
The sneaky bank slipped that into their fees. And I know it doesn't cost them $2 or whatever they were charging to mail statement every month...

Bottom line, banks suck.

They'll of course throw them away but only after sorting and opening them. The people responsible for all the BS with credit cards will never have to deal with the issue. Or, when they do deal with it the burden will be put on the the employees and/or Customer.

Upper management meetings dealing with the issue -
Processing dept. isn't running efficiently, How do we cut cost to profit from it?

-Lower salaries
-Cut benefits
-Fight for lower minimum wage
-Donate more money to Republican "charities"
-Pay the employees only by those apps processed
-How much does it cost to send the processing dept. over seas?

In no way will these CEO's making 7 figure salaries all of a sudden decide to start being ethical and FOR the Customer / employee. It has to be forced by those with the power to enforce, the people that we all pay the salaries of to protect this Countries well being (Gov.)

First off this OWS stuff is stupid. Their issue isn't with the banks, it's Washington.
Second the bank isn't going to be tortured. The poor schmuck opening the mail will.

douche bags

yeah it sucks to be the low man on the totem pole, but the last few of you guys are totally right. The fatcats will just think it's funny how we little ants think we can topple giants. We'll always be screwed, and banks will continue to rape this country out of money and jobs.

Its not the banks. Its Washington. I'm at a loss why people don't understand this.

It's Washington, which trickles down to the banks, which trickle down to us. We fight the banks, the banks fight Washington.

I belong to a military institution credit union, with no credit cards, so I'm not part of the problem. I DO need to buy a house before the housing market picks back up. I'm looking at next October.

Ok that's more accurate. Fannie Mae etc are federal entities yadda yadda.

I too am a member of a Federal Credit union, and I too am looking at a new home.
