Hid install

Anyone know a shop that would be able to install hids and aim them for me. I don't have a jack or stands or I'd do it myself. I got the foglight hids in but the one ballast is bad and need to remove the front bumper to change it and then just need the hids in the headlights put in and aimed.
Thanks hopefully a shop can do this pretty cheap for me. Or if a member on here would be wiling to help I'd pay you for the time and all let me know. Btw I live 30 mins from Philly in the suburbs.
