Sparco Seat Brackets

Hey Guys

I just bought a rally car to compete in 2 weeks. This guy was tall and the seats are way to back, I looked at it and they are held on the sparco brackets. The holes on the bottom determine if you slide the seat front or back. The seat is as front as it can be but still to far for me. Is there anyone in Philly or surrounding that can help me fix this. I think we need to unweld the brackets move it about 2 inches forward and then weld it gain to fix it.

If anyone thinks they can help me please let me know, and how much it would cost. I dont think this is to hard of a job.

Thanks
