I was in the left lane on 95, a three lane highway. A Integra moves into the middle about a car legth infront of me. The car infront of integra slams on his brakes. the integra swearves and merges into my lane running me off the road. there was no contact. but i sweaverd onto the shoulder to avoid him, spun and rolled the car, all while managing to avoid everyone. Is the integra driver at fualt? i have a witness that saw him cut me off.
