So everyone knows of the in/famous rx7 and rx8's with their rotory motors....incredible designs and ingenuity behind them....as a coupe.

Sleek and Aggressive...but I am not happy about it being a sedan.

ugly and fail on mazda's part. They really have isssues, just can't seem to pull it off lately.

The front is hideous. Hopefully some company will make a kit that turns that front end into something that's not atrocious.

This is the Shinari concept car. I really don't think the RX9 will be a four door.

I could get down with a 4 door. It is hideous, but I love it, I prefer 4 doors.

Mazda Shinari it is.

Oh and the RX8 is also a four door.

Beat me to it. If there is an RX-9 I'm sure it will share design cues from this car but this isn't an RX-8 replacement.

Kind of like how subaru released their sedan at the LA show that isn't said to be a specific model (though it looks like it could be very closely related to the next impreza/wrx), but rather shows off future design language.

Mazda already made a rx9. Did the video even mention a name for the car? I highly doubt they are calling it a rx9.
