So I pass this White Evo 8 every once in a while in Lancaster PA on Rt. 741. He's always going back towards Conestoga/Willow street area. We always wave at each other. I'm in a black mitsubishi 2gb. I just wanna meet this guy in person lol just to say hi.

be a little more specific about the evo... does it have rims? other characteristics?
