doesn't sound that shady...i would never buy it but i don't think he's lying or gonna scam you. 4x114.3 is what the 96 ITR brakes are so he probably has those and didn't pick up the wheels with it.

funny my buddy called this dude to inquire about it... apparently its the guys "friend" trying to sell it because the owner needs money to pay for a lawyer cus he is going to jail......

sounds a little shady to me, but go check it out ur self and find out. and bring a friend or 2 or 3 :P
