UPPER MORELAND, Pa. - Authorities say a teenager tried to pull off a stunt in his car, but now he's facing homicide charges in Montgomery County.

Police said the 17-year-old was speeding down York Road in Willow Grove earlier this month, going at least 79 mph in a 35-mph zone

He allegedly tried to swing his car around a corner in a maneuver known as "drifting."

But he lost control and his car struck and killed an 81-year-old woman, prosecutors allege.

The Montgomery County District Attorney says the teen was arrested Wednesday morning. He faces vehicular homicide and related charges.

Just watched the Fox news article. That honestly is, as someone stated the worst article written. fast and furious came out more than 3 years ago and drifting is just coming out now? I doubt kids drive around saying look im paul walker i drift! Thats the only comparison they had. It's not imitation, its just people being retarded. And as far as surveillance in upper moreland township is I think B.S why wouldnt they crack down earlier if they have proof?
