Contact Mishimoto, and get a replacement. The lifetime warranty comes in handy. ;)

Mishimoto is actually pretty lax about their warranty policy, depending on who you talk to. Ive seen them replace radiators for customers without a receipt.

If that doesnt work, motorcycleradiators.com is a company that specializes in repairing aluminum radiators. Despite their website name, they will do a car rad too, and it should run you $75-120.

^^ Haha. Thanks. Unfortunately, there have been minor changes to the warranty program recently.

I am the guy you would be talking to for a warranty claim actually.

OP, send me an E-mail at patrick@mishimoto.com and we can figure something out.

Thanks,
-Pat
